Make it work for you

01

Leave space for real life

Start with the busiest evenings. Put your easiest meals on those days and leave a night for leftovers. A plan should make the week easier to manage.

02

Reuse a few ingredients

Look for meals that share ingredients you enjoy. Rice, greens, or a tray of roasted vegetables can belong in more than one dinner. Check what is already in your kitchen before adding more.

03

Turn the plan into groceries

Write one ingredient per line under each day, then use “Add ingredients to grocery list.” Exact repeated entries appear once, and anything already saved in your grocery list stays there. Review quantities for the number of people you are feeding.
