Start with confirmed plans

Add your dates, transport, check-in time, and any activities you have already booked. Label ideas separately so a suggestion does not look like a reservation.

Plan the time between things

Include travel time and leave space for queues, meals, and breaks. One main activity per day can be a useful starting point if you want a relaxed pace.

Keep a copy with you

Save or download the itinerary and share it with your travel companions. Check current opening hours and reservations before leaving. Avoid adding payment details, passwords, or document numbers to a shared plan.
